I got shocked by their ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE service at this location. I purchased a size-18 necklace several days ago and went to the store yesterday to exchange for a shorter one (size-16), WITHIN the 30 days period. The salesperson told us that she couldn't exchange it because we have tried on the necklace... (well it's impossible to know if the necklace is suitable without putting it on). The conversation was not pleasant as the salesperson was impatient and had a HORRIBLE attitude. I wasn't expecting this kind of customer service from a well-known brand like Tiffany.
After negotiating with her for a while, I said I wanted to speak with her manager. The manager was really good, great attitude, educated, well trained, knowledgeful, and exchanged the necklace in less than 2 minutes. The interaction with the manager was good.
Then again, after the manager has left, the salesperson was completing the exchange process for me. She THREW the receipt on the table and said four words to me:"Sign at the bottom" without looking at me and without any facial expression.....
Overall, a great store with great products. Ms. Salesperson really has to be trained.
