  • Absolutely do not take you pet here! On February 19, 2018, my fiance and I rushed our Fur Baby Master Darwin to this hell hole, extremely ill,and they could of cared less. The receptionist Ruth was rude beyond belief, the vet Dr. Myers was totally incompetent, and misdiagnosed my Fur Baby, and his nurse was a pushy, rude piece of shit. They kept pushing for more and more tests, wouldn't answer my questions, tried to push a canine food that he hated from past experience, and I told them so. They gave Darwin back to us in the same condition, the next day we were going to rush him to his regular vet, but he died in my arms. An autopsy proved that Darwin had two aggressive tumors, not an infection. Banfeild nationwide come to find out, has over 10, 000 complaints nationwide and three class action law suits against, so how they're still in business I don't know. Corporate wasn't much help either, because I called to cancel my Banfield plan, which doesn't save you money anyway, because I'll NEVER take my other babies to these murderers, and not only did they try to bully me into renewing my plan, but offer me eight months of free tick and flea treatment for my Darwin's life! Banfeild, especially this one needs to be shut down completely, before they murder anymore beloved pets.
