  • This place is garbage. They are such a fraud-based facility. The PA is horrible. I went in and she didn't even write for the correct lab tests that I needed for school. I had to go back in and pick up another order for the separate test and go to another Sonora Quest and get the lab done. However, they felt the need to still charge me an office visit when the NP could not do her job. Do not go here. They doctors and PA are a bunch of quacks. Much better off going to Honor Health. The office people up front are also very rude and disrespectful. The rudest and most unpleasant one is the bigger, more bulky girl named Trish. Horrible office, horrible people. They also lie to the patients and claim they sent bills over to the address in file numerous of times, when they have not sent any. The office manager is rude and unwilling to help. Also, if you need to talk to the doctor, they do not allow you to do so. You have to schedule another appointment so they can charge you another office visit. VERY unprofessional.
