There was a huge line waiting to check in. There is a bank of check in computers but only four people to do it. We waited over an hour to check in.
We had three people and a double bed room but were "upgraded" to a junior suite. That sounded good but meant that we had one bed and a pull out couch. The pull out had sheets on it, we hunted down a pillow but there was no blanket for it. When we called for a blanket, we were told that housekeeping was closed for the night.
The bathroom was palatial. A deep tub and a shower stall, double sinks with the toilet in it's own room. You could open the bathroom to the little living space if you wanted *that* kind of party.
It was not a comfortable room for a group that wanted two beds.
Then there was a resort fee. We didn't use any resort features and had not been told about the fee until checkout.
The observation deck was free for renting a room, but it was not very special. It is a bit high but far away from everything else on the strip so only so-so views.
I would not stay here again. Though it was clean, there is a serious lack of customer service.
