| - So I'm not that old YET but about a month ago I locked my keys in my car and had to take a taxi to work (since they're on every corner in Vegas...)
When I got home that eve, one of my friends jogged my memory by saying "Before you call a locksmith, is that covered by your insurance?" I wasn't sure so I called mine & indeed it is... score!
So the easy part was that I went through my insurance company and was able to do all the legwork over the phone, and they sent out a technician from Pop a lock.
This is about "Tim T." from his business card. He was very accurate in calling ahead giving an estimate of how long till he'd be there, was I safely at home or somewhere, any questions etc.
Upon arriving, he was super professional, joked about no matter how old/young a person is this is a common occurrence... and opened my car door in about 5 minutes with the proper tools.
I'd say the whole transaction took maybe 10 minutes and I didn't pay a dime since it's covered on my plan. I did ask if he accepted tips and tipped him graciously for his time and professionalism & signed off on the paperwork. He also mentioned if I ever needed anything, I could of course call my insurance or his business line from the card.
Trusted, quick, late-night service and for a female alone.... this is worth a million. Thank you, Tim. and pop a lock for employing professional workers.
