  • Poor staff and management. There have been several occasions where this particular location has completely forgotten about my order. The approximate wait time given is always 30-40 minutes, yet the pizza doesn't leave the location until I call and ask about it, usually an hour later. When the pizza arrives, it is cold. If you like Papa John's, pick a different location.
