  • Took advantage of the $99 intro offer (60 minute massage and either sauna or facial). I decided to add another 30 min to my massage and chose the facial. Erin was welcoming - She explained the product lines they carried/services offered and gave me a tour of the whole place. The massage was awesome and the facial was about 30 minutes. It's a nice relaxing experience and quiet. The background music was a little 'weird' kept going on and off throughout the afternoon. A little 'salesy' at the end...asking me if I wanted to purchase packages/memberships etc., Another thing they need to work on is their email communication. I initially emailed them with booking in a time and no one ever did get back to me. I ended up booking over the phone a few days later. They got me in a few days later - really good time lines! Over all it was a good experience
