  • Have been going to this shop for a couple of years now. They always explain things to me carefully. If something doesn't need to be done right now, they tell me about it. I always get the feeling they know what they're doing and are honest with me. When I go in and the problem turns out to be minor, like this morning, they routinely give me back my keys with no charge! As long as I am the owner of a BMW I will be going to this shop.
