  • I brought my 6 month old chihuahua terrier puppy here about a month ago to get him neutered. First I would like to start off by saying that I love their decor. It feels warm and inviting, and was much more comfortable than a plain vet office. The desk staff were very friendly and courteous, and my puppy's operation was done by Dr. Parantala. She was so nice and down to earth. My dog liked her and seemed very comfortable. I dropped him off in the morning before work, and I had an emergency at work so I couldn't pick him up. I just called them up and paid over the phone and asked them if my boyfriend could pick him up. They said it was no problem and I was glad! Lol. Toby healed up just fine and recovered very quickly! I brought him in for a check up about 2 weeks later with Dr. Lynch. He was also very friendly and he loved Toby's ears! He gave Toby the good bill of health and sent us on our way. All in all it was a great experience. Atmosphere and staff were awesome. Had less than 10 minutes wait both times. My dog was very comfortable. And it's actually affordable. Some other vets I called wanted 3 or 4 times the payment they charged for a standard neuter. Toby and I will be going back to WSAH for all our needs!
