  • I've been coming to this salon for a long time, and have been seeing these technicians since they had their central and camelback location. However, the professionalism of their new employees is lacking. I came in yesterday for a mani/pedi and both technicians seemed to rush through the service. The woman who did my manicure rushed through my service and then facetimed a friend, RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME as I waited for my nails to dry. I can understand the occasional text or call back as many of these women have children. But to video chat a friend while other patrons are waiting for services?? That seems unacceptable. Not to mention their questionable sterilization processes. They always use the same tools on multiple clients and I don't see them thoroughly clean anything. I'm sad to see my favorite nail salon has fallen so far from where they were. The older nail technicians who have been with the salon for many years are very nice and do a wonderful job but there are definitely better salons in the Phoenix area.
