  • Their office is near ours so we decided to bring our son here to have the doctor look at his acne. The doctor we had been seeing leaves earlier in the day so we were always rushing to get over there after school and before he left the office. We were a few minutes late one day so I dropped my 13 year old son off here for 5 minutes while I ran through a drive through to get my younger kids a taco. After I rushed back to their office (literally 5 minutes) they said my son's appointment was cancelled and we would need to reschedule. I just wanted to warn any potential customers of Lakes Dermatology that you better not be 5 minutes late (even though they make you wait forever when you are on time!). Then they sent me a letter saying I used "unacceptable language" and don't come back. Not sure what the receptionist told the doc but all I said was "this is ridiculous" and we left.
