  • Dr. Charous was exceptional throughout the entire experience. My daughter needed her tonsils removed, so we interviewed a few Ear, Nose and Throat specialist. Initially I was drawn to him due to the fact that he had impressive credentials and accolades. My daughter recovered very fast. I do recommend if your insurance permits to have your surgery at Phoenix Children's Hospital. They really cater to little ones and they are the subject matter experts. He even took a picture of the tonsils when they were extracted, because I'm weird like that.
