  • I got into Marquee because of a promoter, Nikki, and she also got us free drinks from 10-11pm which was nice. The layout of this place is similar to XS but... I didn't really like how clouded with cigarette smoke the venue was. It made it less enjoyable.. Anyway, the bartenders are on it and super nice. The music is super techno/house/EDM which is fine but we didn't recognize any of the songs. I know that the main DJ comes on at 1am but we just couldn't get that into the music beforehand. The beats were okay, just nothing too familiar. That's okay though because if you go downstairs to the smaller room, they play hip hop and there's a bar, dance floor and balcony. It was a way more enjoyable atmosphere and there was much more room to dance. I loved the vibe a lot more plus the balcony view was awesome.
