  • This is the worse place in Las Vegas to get any service done on your vehicle !! My husband called the day before to set an appointment to have his camero serviced. The gal gave him a ten o'clock time the next day . He sat there for six hours !!! He was told on arrival that it would be an hour and a half job...nothing but a regular maintenance job. Well at noon he asked what was going on and he was told it was being serviced then. As he sat there, he didn't see his car put up on the rack till 2:00 !! Then he sat there for another two hours! To make matters worse, a man he was talking to said he just walked in at 11:45 for a new battery and left at 2:00. He had NO scheduled appointment. No one ever came to my husband to say they were backed up, Etc. he certainly would have come home and gone another day. This is the worse customer service ever. Well, my husband is looking to buy a new camero and even sat down with someone to discuss it. Guess what??? He certainly will never buy another car from Ed Bozarth ...never will his family or friends !!! NEVER EVER. The ONLY reason I gave it one star is because you have to give it something . It should be a minus....-5!!
