I placed an order for photo development late at night, and for some reason it processed twice. I called the store first thing in the morning and they assured me it would be no problem. But when I went in later in the day it was a problem, and they wanted me to pay for both orders, in excess of $100. It was handled poorly by the manager who made comments like "this isn't coming out of my pocket.'
I paid for both batches anyway figuring it was better dealt with as an official complaint to head office. I was right - head office did apologize and offer a reimbursement. But I never went back because I felt stupid and will never shop at that store again.
