  • Just waited nearly 30 minutes in the drive-thru for 1 shake. The attendant never once apologized for the wait, and when I thanked him and was very cordial to him, he never acknowledged me. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Sadly this isn't the first experience I've had like this here. My wife and I are going to have to find another late night eatery.
