  • Originally I had a great experience here but after returning 3 times I am not impressed. The office staff is unreliable and wait times are long, leading me to the conclusion that the doctor or staff does not respect each patients time. I was given a referral to get some test done and the office did not provide me with the correct forms I needed to move forward with my testing. When I got to the testing center, that attendants there tried multiple times (within business hours) to contact the office but after finally getting someone on the phone, the office assistant did not follow up with faxing the paper work forcing me to delay my testing, and therefore my follow up appointment to go over said testing. This happened twice. Afterwards the office hit me with a $40 no - show fee since I did not reschedule the 2nd appointment. They did not extend a courtesy even though they inconvenienced throughout the 2 times I returned to the testing facility. I should charge you a $40 fee. Since I cannot I will settle for finding a new doctor.
