  • Okay - I think I've found the achilles heel of DiPietro's - and that is the regular pasta in meat sauce. The linguine was coated in the red meat sauce, but it was not thick at all and hardly meaty. It's disappointing as dishes like their Chicken Marsala and the Chicken a la DiPietro are so very good.
