  • The employees and the owner are rude and don't understand customer service. I was a regular customer and I always order the same drink. A couple days ago the owner told that it was impossible to make my drink the way I wanted it. The owner was really rude to me when she was explaining to me why they "couldn't" make my drink. I will never come here again not only are the employees rude but the drinks are also overpriced. If you are looking for a good Boba place, I recommend bomb boba they have great service and their drinks are tasty.
