  • Consistent, and every store is set up very similar, so no matter what town or store I visit I can usually find it quickly. The people at the counter, ladies included, typically know cars, too, so that works to my advantage. The selection is never large, but I like that too, for it seems AutoZone typically carries what I need, at a decent price, and I'm usually out the door quickly. AutoZone is going through a transformation, where the company has been bought by another parts company, so we'll see if this develops into some much needed upgrades to their inventory management, and the look of the stores overall, so I'll reserve my 5th star for what I hope is an improvement to their outdated appearance.
