rev:text	If only they'd let me give ZERO STARS, I would. This company has HORRIBLE customer service. Mike was so RUDE. I stopped by their office today with my mom for my dad because he works in the Bay Area and he couldn't be here. First of all, he didn't want us to put my dad on the phone in hopes that he could convince me and my mom to agree on his proposal and to have my dad on board with us. After about an hour of discussion, we finally decided to call my dad so he can give them his concerns and opinion. Every time my rd had a question, or had something to say, Mike talked over him and never let him talk. He also kept giving my dad different $$ estimate which of course confused him. He kept changing the pricing on my dad. His reason was "you're not here in front of me so I can't explain to you" THATS NOT A GOOD ENOUGH REASON TO LET A CLIENT WALK AWAY. My parents were about to blow $80,000 on this company so of course they will ask a lot of questions.... that large sum of money is no joke and not easy to find so they wanted everything to be perfect. Mike was the one that said "just find another damn company to work with" because he couldn't handle to be professional. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
