  • I've shopped here for years but perhaps the garden staff needs to focus more on helping people with their plants and less on chasing customers out into the parking lot accusing them of not paying for their purchase? Yes, its a very unpleasant experience when in a practically empty store one cashier rings me up for 4 small plants and the lady watering outside has the other cashier chase me down asking to see the first cashier's receipt. If you're going to detain someone and accuse them of shoplifting you'd better be sure of what you are doing. Maybe if I were blonde and blue eyed I wouldn't have looked like a criminal to the staff? Absolutely humiliating....
