July 29, 2017 at approx 11:15 am: I'm not one to complain and actually I'm quite the opposite I love leaving positive reviews but the service I received was lackluster at Best. On the Wal-Mart website it has the 10-gallon storage tubs for 3.97 and at the store it has it for 4.33 now mind you I totally understand it's only a difference of $.36 cents I totally get it it's not that big of deal, but when your buying multiple of them it starts to add up. So I ask the cashier who is standing next to the manager and I don't blame the cashier in this instance in any way she was pleasant she's actually the reason for the additional star as I honestly would have only given 1 star. But she asked the manager if she could honor it after I showed it to both of them. And the manager said no it's only for online which I comment back with umm but it says pick up only. She said you need to order it online then pick it up. And I was like well I sort of cut out the middle man and went and picked it up myself and brought it here and you cannot honor it? She said no. So now here I sit in the parking lot writing this review after the service I had for a measly .36 cents that could have easily been avoided if they would have honored what THEIR website showed. The additional star was for the cashier she was sweet even after she knew I was annoyed she tried to give the best customer service but the manager.. well she's the one star. Thanks Wal-Mart!
Update: And I took back the one star due to all the communication I have had with Wal-mart, they give you a link to go complain but errors pull up when you try to enter in your email. So once again Thanks for nothing.
