  • OK....I posted a great review for All About Time Clock Repair for the house call, fixing our 30+ year old Howard Miller Coffee Table Clock... UNFORTUNATELY, it only worked for one day... BUT...I was about to call them back to report it quit working when I got a call from them, checking on the clock and my satisfaction. I had to tell them it had quit working. At their request I sent them photos of this clock and they contacted Howard Miller. (this is about 42" diameter, glass top table clock).. I was told that they would get back to me after researching with Howard Miller again.. About a week later they called and reported that Howard Miller had sent another, different model, hour-hand mechanism. They came out and installed the newer recommended unit and made all the adjustments necessary... This clock is still running like new.. What fantastic customer service and follow up!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED...
