  • One star is an exaggeration. I am posting this review after a month of time has passed, and I have been sitting here, really pissed the whole time. Let me start off by saying that the crew members were nice. We bought lunch for all four people plus ourselves which totaled over 50 dollars from Burger King - no big deal, right? The total cost of the move was 6 hours and 495 dollars, and it was supposed to be a three hour move, which should have been less than three hundred dollars. They broke a dresser, and when originally confronted about it, they said it was broken to start (nice scapegoat). Needless to say, it wasn't. They said, "Please don't take apart your furniture. Let us take it apart, because if we do it, we will know how to put it back together again." That's bullshit. Every single piece of furniture was not put back correctly, including the stripping of the screws in my sons crib... Including the use of long screws in the wrong places on my sons climber to where they stuck out by TWO INCHES. Aka huge effing toddler hazard. Even bed frames weren't put back together correctly. I mean, COME ON. To make matters MUCH worse, I contacted the "owner" of this decrepit business, who then told me that I was in the wrong for not having called him while they were still there. That I was on a recorded line, and "clearly lying". It's pretty easy to see, after all of these terrible reviews, that hiring this company is the first thing I did wrong. He said he would fix the dresser, and call me back in a week... It's three weeks later, almost four. I'm pretty sure he won't be contacting me back. This is one of the most ridiculous things that I have ever seen, much less been a victim of. Oh, and needless to say, they operate with at least two different names, so these reviews will go unseen by the people who should be reading them. So glad I am done with the move, but and insanely poor choice was made on my behalf, by hiring this piece of shit company.
