  • So completely frustrated with my experience . We are going on the 5th consecutive day of having a technician come to our house and we still are having issues. We've made repeated requests to speak with a supervisor or manager. Every time the call center plays gatekeeper and says "we can get a hold of a manager or I'll leave a message and they will call back. To date, we've never received a call beyond a call center manager. My wife and I are flabbergasted and at our wits end with this company.
