  • I definitely would give this place zero stars if i could. Place is definitely beyond horrible. You absolutely get what you pay for. And once you pay, you're just a number to these people. Upon moving in, nothing was what they said, repairs took weeks and weeks. And when checking on work orders, they treat you as if you've done something wrong as opposed to realizing it's them just not doing their job. I'm stuck here for a year and the only people I'd ever deal with is jasmine and Alejandra . They get overworked and are often swamped, but these two have the only decency in that office. I'd rate them separately if possible. 5 stars for them both.
