The pharmacy is terrible. Time after time I have had trouble with them filling my prescriptions. I called in a prescription recently the day before it was due, went through the automated system, and everything said it was good and went through. I didn't need it right away, so a few days later my husband went to pick it up on his way home from work, and when he got there, they said they couldn't fill it because it was expired. I had called the day before it expired, and it said everything went through. My greatest problem with this is that no one called me to tell me they couldn't fill it. They just lazily flagged it. We don't even live in Kent anymore, so it was a complete waste of a drive for my husband and completely unprofessional. The least they could have done is pick up the phone and let me know that I need to call my doctor for the prescription again. What if I had really needed it right away?!?
