  • We just started working with Whole Pet based on a recommendation from Tabby & Jacks Pet Supply store in Madison. They helped us thru the difficult loss of our beloved 19 year old cat a few months ago, and then spay procedures for our two new kittens in September 2013. From the perspective of the vet staff, we are completely impressed with their sensitivity and quality of their health care. They consistently went the "extra mile" to make sure we were comfortable and understand the details. Relative to the admin and callback problems mentioned in a review below, I do think there is a transition going on in that department as it appeared to me they were training new admin staff. I believe they should have things ship-shape again, and I'm looking forward to a long relationship with this clinic. The vets and techs have certainly won our hearts & minds with superb service so far!
