  • First time being treated like an idiot. They did not accept my coupon for a special gift from Hard Rock Rewards. Then no one in the casino knew where the shuttle to Fashion Mall was--only the valet guy knew where the shuttle was. And then to top it off, there was no New Years 2013 pin. I will be contacting the international office.
