  • I only leave bad reviews because I want other people doesn't make same mistake as I do. Their product was ok but norman shutters are all same. So It doesn't matter which company you go with if you get norman shutter. They installed horribly. Later They fixed it but i realized later they made a damage on the shutters. And I also couldn't close couple shutter smoothly and what i heard was "lift it up and close." Their price is on a high side as well compared to other business in east valley. I don't know about other product but If you are thinking to get plantation shutter from norman, there is some other business around that has better price and maybe the better installation and service?
