| - Be careful who you deal with when you come here for servicing. They will overcharge you, and hold your car a month for a two day job.
I got into an accident, unfortunately, and got quoted one number, one thousand five hundred. Once my insurance checked out the claim and evaluated that they were going to cover four thousand for the damage. The quote went from the one thousand five hundred estimate to four thousand five hundred, and I know it was not a coincidence. The insurance quote was sent to me and to the person I was dealing with in servicing. This of course disappointed me and I was going to get my car hauled to another shop, but then they attempted to charge me five hundred for them to release my car, pretty dirty right? After me going to speak to the service manager they ended up dropping the price to four thousand and lowering my deductible price to one hundred just so I would get it done there. Which wasn't fair but I needed my car back.
What made me more disappointed was who I was dealing with, Heather. She was a complete lollygag this job literally took a month because her. After getting my insurance check sent to the service department I was told by her that I would get my car back in two weeks on Friday. After calling multiple times for updates to which she was never there to answer. I had went in the Friday it was supposed to be done, and she was no where to be found. Seeing I was already there I went back to get something out of my trunk, and surprise surprise my car hadn't even been touched. I was called near closing with news that my car wouldn't be done until Monday, which was even worse because I hadn't made arrangements for this... really Heather...
After waiting weeks I had finally got my car back, but what the heck, they forgot to put my fog light back on. It was in the socket still working, just not put into place. So I tell Heather about this, and she takes this mighty convenient situation to milk my insurance company for exactly how much she had quoted me originally. Someone please tell me how a fog light clamp cost nearly five hundred dollars.
Worse experience ever!
