This is my usual go-to place for any of my spa needs. As a male, it's nice to go to a spa where you're not the only guy there.
I go to Lora for any facial treatments. She is absolutely fantastic and I would highly recommend her. She does an extremely thorough job - although if you're afraid of a little bit of pain and you have quite a bit of blackheads, maybe you should avoid her since she literally tries her best to squeeze everything out.
I've received a few massages from time to time and so far it's just been alright. I don't think this is because the massage therapists are bad or anything - I just don't think I enjoy getting massaged all that much so it's more of a personal problem. I just have to find another way to use the funds left in my medical coverage....
The place is absolutely pristine. It is surprisingly quite spacious and feels very comfortable and relaxing right as you go in. Everything is super clean and the staff is absolutely amazing.
Despite all the great things I have to say about the place, I do have 1 qualm, which is that the service is inconsistent from one therapist to the next. I've had the same Swedish massage from two people that felt completely different, but I couldn't really tell which was better so it wasn't a big deal. For the facials however, there seems to be a bit of a difference in the level of service you get depending on the therapist. For example, some therapists give you both a foot massage and a head massage. Others make you choose between one or the other - which technically is the right thing to do, but honestly they can easily squeeze in a head or foot massage while waiting for your mask to settle. I treated a friend to a facial and she saw her aesthetician texting while performing her treatment. It hasn't happened to me yet, but if it did this rating would definitely be lowered.
I would suggest that once you find one therapist you really like, then stick with that person because there is not guarantee that the same level of service will be offered.
