Worst customer service experience I've ever had! The service representatives need some lessons in how to talk to people. I bought my phone through Best Buy and even got the the "insurance". What a scan that was. When I bought my phone I was told that it would be a $50 fee for replacing or fixing my phone. Apparently, they have changed that and it is now $199. Rather than talk to me like a human being, the manager brought over the "pamphlet " and spoke to me like I was an idiot. There was no "customer service" at all. I will not be coming back to do business at Best Buy or Geek Squad.
