They are the least expensive cleaner in Southern Highlands, but I guess you get what you pay for. I came in to get my husband's pilot uniforms almost a full day after the ticket said they would be done. When I got there, she said rather rudely "Only one of the (two) shirts is done. The guy sometimes doesn't look at what he needs to do" or something like that. I responded that the ticket told me they should have been done the day before by 5 pm. Turns out the other shirt was done, and then she asked me if I wanted them bagged. Yes, when you get your clothes cleaned, you put them in a bag. She was really rude to me. And the shirts were the worst "heavy starch" job I've ever seen. They were still wrinkly. Smart cleaners is a bit more expensive, but they are friendly, do a good job, and my items are consistently ready earlier than the time stated on the ticket. I'll be sticking with them.
