  • I've used Allen's Automotive for the past 10 years since I have lived in AZ. He is extremely personable and very reasonable and their office has always made things right. Recently, my son decided to be an "auto mechanic" on his own car and shorted something in the electrical system. We managed to get the car to Allen's and he personally came out and showed my son how to troubleshoot what he had done wrong on his car, taught him how to use the tool and then said 'Merry Christmas!' and sent us on our way. I appreciate his taking the time to teach and build up rather than take advantage of someone who messed up. He didn't have to do any of what he did and could have easily charged me a diagnostic fee to cover his time. We will continue to support Allen's Automotive as he has earned our trust and appreciation.
