  • I had a software issue and they didn't have a clue. All they did was rip everything out and re-install windows 10. I could have done that and saved $129.00. It was a mess and they added a couple cute apps I have no need for. I got a virus again even with Mcfee and no way would I go back. They have no software talent. I just wound up buying a new desk top.
