  • The people are friendly but their internal communication is terrible. I called twice with a question about the work proposal but couldn't get an answer. They don't offer any way to talk to the person who actually wrote the proposal and didn't get back to me with an answer before the work was supposed to be done. I wasted time trying to deal with them and then had to start over looking for another company.
