  • Unfortunately, I don't know the guy's name (short/slim) but I have several experiences with him and his polishing skills are extremely poor!! I asked him to redo them and instead another guy (tall/heavier) was directed to do it. He slid over and removed the polish from my toe nails and I guess noticed some a that still needed to be cleaned up. Instead of grabbing some clean utensils (the first man had already grabbed the ones he used) or have someone bring him some, he decided to reach for the utensils that were previously used on the lady he had just finished beside me. Once I said something...he asked someone to bring him clean ones. I was so disappointed in my service. The time before this...one of the worker's kid was creating the most noise & being to rude and grown to guests. The salon was great when it first opened but sadly that was short lived. I will never go back to this nail salon again.
