Wow!! This place seariosly is authentic. The seating is pretty limited since its set uo at a counter in the middle of the casino. It is so worth the long wait though! My advice is go during off ours so you can just sit down and enjoy some good ole Creole fare. The gumbo at spicy level 8 was superb! I got the house version which was loaded with shrimp, sausage, lobster, and crab!
My wife had the Pan roast with shrimp and it was super creamy with the perfect balance of a light reux as a base. There is a oyster bar in the sunset casino, but it is nowhere near the quality of this one. This you must try if your in Vegas for vacation or a local looking to spice up dinner! Also the portions are large so you will probably get two meals out of one bowl, unless your a glut like me! :)
