| - So, my friends and I have been going here on and off for many years. They offer a bunch of different classes. But as other reviewers said, no frills studio, nothing pretty or fancy here.
So let's talk now about customer service. My friend and I bought the Groupon, which in itself, was slightly misleading as they said beginner jazz and hip hop, however when we went, there were more restrictions on classes then initially promised.
In our experience today, we returned to the studio after quite a long absence with our Groupon vouchers, which did not have an expiry date. These vouchers were given to us by the studio owner as we originally had an issue with the class restrictions. He agreed to let us take any beginner jazz/hip hop and signed the cards to ensure we would receive said deal.
Our cards were denied today, despite not having expiration dates on them. With only 10 minutes before class, we tried to pay 12$ - the original price for classes on the card. This was all that was on us at the time - 3$ shy of current class prices. We offered to pay to take the class and discard the old vouchers so we could simply dance today. We were told "We don't offer bargains", in a very rude tone. Moral of the story, this is unfortunate since we emphasized we would return as paying customers if we could just pay the 12$ today. I would not waste my time with this studio anymore. Most of the great choreographers have left anyway.
