Very enjoyable. We had a party of eight on a weeknight (with a reservation), and the restaurant was bustling. After a starter of deviled eggs and "millionaire's bacon", I had a full rack of baby back ribs with French fries and cole slaw. The sauce had a nice peppery kick to it... good stuff, especially with the slaw and a local beer. My wife ordered gluten-free for health reasons, but when her plate came out it was obviously not right since there were breaded onions on it. The manager quickly took it back and (we think) they prepared a whole new meal for her. It took a while, but to their credit, Bricktops did it right. We would gladly return, and I'd probably go for the ribs again!
