  • The "dedicated line" is a gimick. At night we were only getting 1 for speed on a 40 speed plan. The installation guy was rushing out the door. I had to go outside and get him three times before he left, because he gave me the wrong set up id and password. We installed service on friday, cancelled on monday. Big waste of time.
