  • Went in for an oil change on a weekday and waited in the lobby for FIVE hours. You can't tell me you were really that busy that you couldn't do a fifteen minute job in all that time, especially when I was the only person there for quite awhile. Horrible customer service. Kept telling me it would be out in 15 minutes...until 5 hours passed. What a waste of time. Price was decent but not for the experience. Definitely won't go back.
