We booked our wedding here in July and paid in full with a girl named Ashley. We scheduled it for 7pm on October 31 and she promised extra rose in bouquet also. After we got home decided 7 was too early and also wanted to change color of flowers I originally chose. I emailed her after a few days I emailed again she finally responded and we got the final details worked out. On October 30 about 7pm someone from the wedding chapel called to confirm our 7pm wedding. We told them no we had moved it to 730 they said to bad already have someone for that time, mind you we sent invites out over a month ago for 730 wedding. She basically was not going to move anyone. I said you move someone now or refund my $immediately we booked way before anyone else check the dates and oh I can't help it if you hire incompetent people who no longer work there. She said she'll call back which she did and said we can do 745 which was better but still not the time we booked for. The limo was early and driver was great getting us there but then made us wait for ride back to hotel. Minister was ok until she handed us an envelope that said mandatory $60-100 when we were told it was suggested $60 tip not mandatory! !! The photographer took pictures and your package you pay for only includes ceremony pictures not the ones posed for after ceremony which are an additional charge$6 for a 4-6. Oh and they will charge couple $100 if anyone takes pictures in chapel. My bouquet was wrong color and no extra flower. Our music didn't play, we didn't get to make an entrance from the stairs as originally promised when we booked with them. So overall I would say only good thing is we are now husband and wife.
