  • Horrible experience I went 2/3times looking specifically for v beam laser. In the past I have had any dermatologists ask me if it hurts to let them know and let me know when they're starting and the lady that helped me rarely ever asked me if it hurt and if I was in a lot of pain I would have to ask her to stop the final time I went she burned me the very first Mark and I asked her if she burned me she told me it was impossible to burn with this type of razor and now I have a scar when originally I was using the laser to get rid of some scars. In my opinion when someone is working on your skin they need to check with you throughout the process of have a friendly and warm demeanor however from this lady I did not have any of those things in fact it felt very unwarm and unfriendly and she lied about the fact I can be burned. She never called or followed up about my burn and now I am used hydro quinine to help where she damaged me. WARNING she is the only one that can perform this laser and I would never trust her after her lack or care and sympathy
