  • Absolutely the BEST ! Sunday + Emergency + 111 degrees... HOT HOUSE They were slammed with requests that day. They returned our Voicemail for Urgent Help. Jacob was the only Service guy on duty that day, and He was able to get to our House within a few hours. UP on a HOT Flat Roof for 30 minutes trying to discover the problem. Alas... Not an easy fix for that day. However...The VERY next day. The part needed was Found and installed by the next afternoon. WHHHAATTTTT??? Super Service!!! Thank YOU Jacob and Scottsdale Air.... Great way to treat Customers ... !!!! KC Costello
