We call them OffTrac now. OnTrac was to deliver groceries from two different companies. Over 8 orders OnTrac delivered 2 successfully on the day promised. The rest ranged from 2 to 3 days late. And one was conveniently "damaged" then disposed of at the warehouse 2 days past the scheduled deliver date. Wouldn't that damage have occurred beforehand and not after the package was already late? (Talk about suspicious behavior there, OnTrac.) Their tracking information is vague and misleading - out for delivery over two consecutive days, how's that possible? One package they delivered 3 days late reeked of rotting food so badly you could smell it several feet away.
Clearly they've grown too quickly, they don't have enough drivers, and yet are accepting shipments they know they can't deliver on time, let alone one day late.
One star is too many for a company with a 25% success rate.
