Attended a cooking class on Grilling secrets. The class wasn't that focused on grilling...in fact it was more focused on using grill pans. The recipes we made were delicious..no doubt about that. But compared to past Viking cooking school classes, Sur La table could improve their cooking class experience by 1) giving students a branded apron (it was a generic, all-white apron) and 2) using actually grills and/or educating students on more grilling techniques...I.e. Charcoal, direct vs indirect, etc. Nonetheless, the instructor Michael was very knowledgeable and made it fun.
