Introduction:
A friend of mind works at an Infiniti in California informed me about the Q30. So we did a brief quote with a gentlemen name Mike through the internet.
But you know how it is, not dealing with someone face to face is not the same. So we decided to come over to speak to someone in person.
Customer Service: 5/5
When we walked in to the dealership, we were kind of confused, not certain where to go to see a sales person. I assume everyone was busy. So we approached a gentleman and informed him that we had attempt to purchase through the internet initially.
So he professionally acknowledged us that he would look into it and walked away.
While we were waiting in the lobby for him to do his thing, we saw him walked out assisting someone else. At that point, we weren't sure if we should wait or just leave to another dealership (Jeep or Land Rover). But right before we were about to leave, a gentlemen named Mark asked if we needed any assistance. So instead of leaving, we end up buying our Q30 from Mark.
His service was spectacular and super professional. One of the most pleasant car buying experience we've had once Mark took over.
In addition, both the sales manager and General manager came in to assist and introduced themselves to us was a super nice touch.
Our first car buying experience in Las Vegas and so glad it was an amazing one. Thank you Team Park Place Infiniti!
